Ка́рта or ка́рта?
The question Ка́рта есть? at a Russian till means the *loyalty* card, not your bank card — the discount depends on it. If you have none, Нет is the whole answer and nothing bad happens.
Reading the label
Two prices on one label usually means the offer price and the normal one, and the offer often needs the loyalty card. Срок го́дности is the use-by date, written day-month-year. По акции means the item is on promotion.
