The number rule again: час (1), два часа́ (2–4), пять часо́в (5+). Same for minutes: мину́та, мину́ты, мину́т.
The half-past trap
Russian counts forwards: полови́на тре́тьего is “half of the third hour” — half past two, not half past three. If in doubt, say два три́дцать.
